Domestic Ground Shipments
PLEASE NOTE : Based on the total weight of your order, and how many boxes are required to ship it, the shipping charges you see may be higher than you were originally quoted. MOST of the time, the standard shipping charges are accurate. All U.S. Domestic Ground shipments have a standard transit time from 2 to 6 business days. We will make every effort to expedite your order as quickly as possible from taking the order, processing and verifying the payment to the final shipment of your order. All U.S. Domestic Ground shipments will normally ship out of our facility within 3 business days. Most orders will be shipped sooner than this. If your item is on back order you will be notified from customer service by email stating an ETA for your back-ordered item, please allow an additional 10-15 days for your item to be available for shipment.
U.S. Air Shipments
Selecting Air shipping will only speed up the delivery time, not the production and or processing time. Please call our customer service department at toll free 1.888.515.3103 and we would be happy to see if we can meet your delivery needs. Some express shipments may require additional handling due to the size and weight of the item which may result in higher shipping charges than those listed below. If your shipping rate differs from the rate on your order, you will be notified by customer service before your order is shipped.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipments
UPS does offer "Ground" transportation to Hawaii and Alaska, however the rates are higher than shipping within the continental U.S. When feasible, we will utilize the U.S. Postal Service when shipping to these two states. Please note that selecting 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air will only speed up your delivery time and does not apply to fulfillment time (typically within 3 business days) Please call customer service at toll free 1.888.515.3103 if you have specific dates and deadlines. Please also note that UPS does not guarantee on time delivery for Alaska and Hawaii shipments. Seashell World, LLC is not responsible for any delivery deadlines caused by UPS or any other shipping provider.

International Shipping Information
We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to offer our international visitors the ability to make purchases from our website. Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box).
Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at SeashellWorld.com as well as other US based online retailers. Bongo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system where you can consolidate them with other orders.

International Order Process - Step by step guide
1. Shop our site and add your items to the basket.
2. Setup your Bongo International account by clicking here.
3. After signing up with Bongo, you will be provided with your very own US address.
4. Back at our websites, continue to Checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method... No Exceptions Allowed.
7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
8. Once completed, log into your Bongo account and finish your verification process.
9. We will ship your order to your Bongo address and Bongo will take over from here. Please communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
A Note About Duties and Taxes
International orders are subject to duties and taxes. All taxes, duties, and other shipping related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable if you refuse your shipment. Fees incurred by Seashell World, LLC for merchandise returned to us with duties/taxes/fees owed on them will be deducted from any balance owned to you on your refund. Please contact your customs office for specific information related to duties and taxes.
Shipping Exceptions - all shipments
The rates quoted are based on estimates applied to our merchandise. However, some products may require additional handling or special delivery to ship. As a result, shipping charges may vary from those quoted.
Reshipping Charges - all shipments
There will be a reshipment fee if the customer enters the incorrect shipping address on the order and we have to reship the package. This reshipment fee also applies in the event that the customer was not available to sign for the packages (it is completely up to the UPS drivers discretion whether or not to leave a package without a signature, however some packages DO require a signature for delivery) when UPS attempted delivery and the package was returned to us. (UPS will make 3 delivery attempts and leave a note indicating they attempted delivery before returning the package to us.)
Some over-sized items may be required to ship via freight line service. Items required to ship via freight line are exempt from our free shipping offers. If your order is required to ship via freight line service, you will be contacted prior to shipping for your approval to proceed with the order.
